Re: User with tune rights on all digital modes and, TX rights on the intercom mode

Jan,
To be clear, you want a user to have transmit rights ONLY on Intercom?
If you are asking for the DMR ID transmitting be the actual user, not your ID, I don't think that will ever happen. BrandMeister crippled the protocol.

Hi Mike.

I only have the one node 41957.

Sorry, that is not what I asked. Let me try again. In your AllStar node is your usrp channel driver associated with your public node or a private node?  Look in rpt.conf. Us there more than one node defined?

Also, if you are using usrp on a private node (1999), is it connected to your public node?

Hi Steve.
Yes the ports match with Analog Reflector and the USRP channel driver is enabled in the modules.conf file.

Hi Steve / Mike.

I am trying to establish a connection between the hUC and my Allstar node.

I have edited the Analog_Reflector.json file with my node number and have used the default settings for the user name and password which correspond to the settings in the manager.conf file.
Currently I am seeing my node number along with my callsign in the hUC and when I connect to another node I see all the connected nodes the under the node tab.
Traffic is being 'seen' as my node entry turns red.
The problem I have is that I am not hearing any audio through the hUC or when I key the mic nothing is heard at the connected node end.

Do you have a working example I could look at to determine the error of my ways.
Many thanks.

Look forward to your comments

Cheers

I have added M17 to my multimode bridge, using my own M17 reflector.
Just have to work out how to get the reflector listed, so M17 users can
find it. :)

Initial tests show audio and callsign metadata are making it to the M17
reflector from other modes (where available).

Hi Steve
When any client appear as guest on our huc can we include him on server by clicking from console (Admin) for which we need to change data capture just instead of call sign. Add - Handle(Name) call sign, DmR, email. With this we can input these to server with password, permission 1,2,3,11 etc. this forms are filled by guest and some data by admin, finally sent to server by Admin. Once done admin can send email to guest with login info.
