Respectable proposal to improve the HBmonitor3 Dashboard

EA5GVK Joaquin

I have seen the new dashboard that the friends of the DVswitch team http://server.dvswitch.org/, are going to take out in their expected image in which has collaborated the friend Waldek SP2ONG, also developer of the current HBmonitor3 that we have for our HBLINK servers.
I would like that Waldek together with some more developer colleagues, improve or use a dashboard similar to the DVSwitch team to create a new HBMonitor.
What do you think of the idea? Is it feasible? or viable?
Thank you.

This new dashboard definitely looks a lot like Andy's Pi-Star dashboard.

I'm not opposed to having HBmonitor3 be a part of the overall project, but I simply am not able to lead development on it.

If someone wants to send me a PM with a Git repo for which we can take ownership, or if they wanted to transfer ownership of the full repo to my personal GitHub account (randybuildsthings), we can start the process of onboarding the code into the organization.

But from that point, in order for the project to thrive and move forward, I'm going to need someone dedicated to maintaining and addressing issues and feature requests, who knows their way around Git and can run the repo through the "software development lifecycle" that GitHub provides. I'm already feeling a bit out of my league just managing what's here already.

If the friend SP2ONG Waldek and the friend KC1AWV, have developed in their github repository, the HBmonitor.

https://github.com/sp2ong/HBmonitor
https://github.com/kc1awv/hbmonitor3

They could collaborate in the project of the new Dashboard, surely delighted, as they have always done.

Paging @Steve KC1AWV...

Steve, are you interested in pursuing a dashboard upgrade for HBmonitor3? We can put the main repo into the HBLink organization and move forward from there.
