Could it be that you have something activating the tx from whatever it is connected to ?

Also, while I do not remember all the specifics,

but a long time out sometimes applies to certain situations, so you might wait up to a hour and try again.

BM self-care dashboard may tell you something.... or not. Worth a look. Clear/reset connections may help.
