Ramon,
What Corey wants you to do is:
Login into your bm self care page
create a hotspot password for the call sign you are using
Apply the password.
Wait five minutes and disable hotspot security.
Try connecting again from DVSwitch.

This is assuming you are using the standard bm passw0rd.
