I don't think it ever runs. The system monitor page just times out (but the dashboard is OK).

Steve,

Sorry to be a nuisance, but I ran the update/upgrade and "monit" has stopped working.  DVswitch seems OK.

sudo monit produces errors like:

/etc/monit/conf-enabled/nxdngateway:6: Program does not exist: '/usr/bin/systemctl'
/etc/monit/conf-enabled/nxdngateway:7: Program does not exist: '/usr/bin/systemctl'

Check the webproxy log in /var/log/dvswitch.

pcmPort = 2222                          ; UDP port to send to the WebProxy

In /lib/systemd/system/webproxy.service

[Service]
ExecStart=/usr/bin/node /opt/Web_Proxy/proxy.js 8080 2222

Thanks, Steve.  Both checked and correct.  I tried using an iPad in case something in Windows was blocking the audio, but no joy there either. No restart attempted.

So I thought I would confirm that the Python client still worked - and it did - and then trying the RX Monitor again it started working.  Not sure I can explain that - somehow a path was opened.  I then tried the iPad and it was producing audio as well, although the button was briefly red, and the received audio was several seconds behind that from a hotpot.

At least I may have a work-round.

Oh heck it's a piece of junk, I'll give you $50 and you pay shipping.
Seriously, it's a REALLY nice piece of equipment. Yes it can do DMR. Should be able to do anything you want. I'll up my offer to $52.50

Steve ;)

Hi Ben, Yes your Hat Hotspot will be the equivalent of my Tait setup.

I used to use a pi-star image but I prefer my own setup so when I set settings etc they stays as I set them allways,

Bingo Mike. I had to try all available screen size to find out that «Smaller» was the only one working  :-)

Thank you Mike.

Change "Screen Scale"

Re: DVSwotch Mobile on Motorola Ion

This the config on my sreen (see attached pics).

Re: DVSwotch Mobile on Motorola Ion

I am not using the side PTT but rather trying to access the screen PTT. Impossible to access the screen PTT because I cannot reach/go down the PTT (in reference to accahed pic). Unable to move the sreen.

BTW, this is not happening in IAX2. I am facing that problem only in USRP.

Re: DR2 X connection options

Yes okay !! Fine fine business you’ve done !
Great ! I understood. The no-loop condition is assured by the simplex hotspot as it can’t receive when transmitting.

it’s like the repeater have 2 Network inputs and of course one for mobile stations.

ok many thanks again.

So if i put a simplex hat hotspot setup in dual frequencies mode locally at the repeater qth that will be your TAIT equivalent as we have internet access on site.

And why not running a pi-star distribution ? Because it’s an Arduino board connected to your TAIT ?
