Yes, this was a clean install on a cloud server as I re-imaged the server with Debian 10 amd64 buster prior to the installation following your original Allstar / DVSwitch-Server installation procedure

Steve I had DVSwitch all working for my IPSC2 server P25 to DMR all works prefect. We just added an XLX reflector connection in and DMR passes to XLX and YSF both ways DMR and YSF passes to P25

I think the issue is if you are configured for repeater (dual slot) and have the transmit and receive frequency the same (simplex) BM will not allow the connect. This is to block misconfigured duplex

Brandmeister don't allow logins from HBLink and actively drop them, at least on the masters I have tried.
