Steve, I don't have a "blocked message" but I do have DMR disconnecting every 2 minutes on DMR+. The login to the MMDVM server is successful but exactly 2 minutes later it says Closing DMR Network.

The fusion repeater itself can not. You would need to use a mmdvm modem hooked to the 15 pin connector and some pc most use a raspberry pi.
