Correction md380-emu is installed with the dvswitch package. You can also install with apt-get install md380-emu

after installation I get these in /opt directory Analog_Bridge, dmrlink, dmr_utils I don't even see MMDVM_Bridge Am I doing something wrong?

If you installed the dvswitch package or Analog_Bridge it should have installed md380-emu.

From the report, it's transcoding from Analog to DMR but not from DMR to Analog.
