Re: IPSC to IPSC question?
Short answer, yes. dmrlink can be a peer to a Motorola repeater as a
Master.

Re: IPSC to IPSC question?
You can connect to BM with dmrlink, but it requires intervention
from the BM admins. You can use HB_Bridge and IPSC_Bridge to build a
connection to BM that you control.

Awesome. thanks for the reply. So here is my next question,
So in order to run software diagnostics and other software the repeater needs to be in MASTER mode not Peer. Is there a way to have it in MASTER mode, Have confbridge connect to the repeater as a peer and also have confbridge connect out to the cbridge and route the traffic through to the repeater? ;) 73,

confbridge.py in DMRlink was intended to do exactly this, and to be a stand-alone “call router”. It’s been in production service as part of the K0USY Group “regional” network since it was first written… of course, that’s also why I wrote it :)

I did this type of thing with confbridge quite a while ago. You may
also be able to use proxy.

IPSC to IPSC question?
jay@...
Hello,
I'm looking to connect my Trbo repeater to a "IPSC Gateway?" and that gateway connect to a c-bridge. Doing this for a "man in the middle" way of managing the talk groups etc. Is this doable and what would i use, IPSC_Gateway only? Thanks! 73,

Analog_Bridge + HBLink audio screech
G7RPG - Peter Kendall
Hi All,
I've been linking my asl node to BM direct using Analog_Bridge and HBlink-HB_Bridge, this has been working perfectly. I'm trying to use a another instance of HBlink to create a local proxy for HBlink-HB_Bridge, YSF2DMR and an mmdvm_hs, its working fine apart from a very loud audio screech being heard at the end of every transmission coming from ASL on DMR. Any suggestions? 73 Peter

Corey is right , I did not catch the NAK. The DMR-MARC issue still

It appears that 3108 Was having some issues with MMDVM connections (Home Brew Protocol) this morning. Had the same issue last night and Mark removed the beta and went with last full production release. We thought it fixed it until I saw this email. You should be able to connect again.

Check the subscriber ID file. DMR-MARC has changed it yet again. HB does not like it when the file is damaged Here is a script I use to get the file now. wget -O /var/lib/dvswitch/subscriber_ids.csv -q --no-check-certificate "https://dmr-marc.net/static/users.csv" Adjust the output directory to taste. 73, Steve N4IRS

Re: ASL Analog_bridge DMR
dmrGain is used only when dmrAudio is set to AUDIO_USE_GAIN. It is a simple multiply for each PCM sample, so 0.0-1.0 is the proper range

ASL Analog_bridge DMR
David
Trying to adjust the audio levels and I want to know if analog_bridge.ini the dmrGain can go negative? Audio from dmr to allstar sound great. Audio from allstart to dmr is a little high have to adjust volume knob when talking to a few different people. Where it goes bad is when our dmr bridges over to ysf. It is way over modulated. I already have it set at 0 and want to go negative number like the agcGain.
Thanks
