If you plan to continue to use DVSwitch Mobile with DVSwitch Server, yo will need to add another component to DVS. We will cover that after you get your HAMVOIP node configured.
I don't know my way around HAMVOIP so all I can do is give you the basics, I would assume the HAMVOIP site has info on adding a second node.
There are 3 files involved:
rpt.conf:
iax.conf
extensions.conf

Put it back to 52525 for now. Fix your HAMVOIP node so you can connect from the private to the pubic and from public to private. THEN you can work on connecting the 2 servers.

If I knew what is broke and what to fix I would do just that. At this point I'm lost again. I no longer hear audio from the DVS server thru DVS mobile app, even tho I can steer TG's and audio seems to be showing on the Dashboard. When I setup DVS menu, it asks for a single port which I set to 52525. I changed that to the 32001 and 34001, and now no audio.

Before you try to connect to the bridge, fix your HAMVOIP 2 node system.

Do I need to open all the ports for USRP and AMBE?

If you mean in the [nodes] stanza yes. That defines the location of the node on the server. You should look into adding a second node to HAMVOIP.

In HAMVOIP you will point to DVSwitch here:
[1999]
rxchannel = USRP/192.168.0.78:34001:32001

In AB.ini you will point to HAMVOIP here:
[USRP]
address = 192.168.0.75                     ; IP address of USRP partner (Allstar/Asterisk or another Analog_Bridge)
txPort = 31001                          ; Transmit USRP frames on this port
rxPort = 31001                          ; Listen for USRP frames on this port
You will also edit the port number above.

So how do they find each other if I'm not using their actual server IP addresses, as in your example?

No,
don't change the IP in the nodes section.

Re: DMR Master?

Not quite.
Analog_Bridge wants to talk to the AllStar node via USRP. If you are running a radioless node, then you can add chan_usrp to your main node. Otherwise, you will want to add a private node.
See <https://dvswitch.groups.io/g/allstarlink/wiki/9671> for setting up a private node.  This document is for building an ASL node but the info should help you configure your HAMVOIP node. <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eN50Csr29eAprBu7eKA0Bfa2XUcsXw5iktY1Ey-Qjkg/edit>

Everything else was good. Set the BM address and it appears working now as I am listening to a QSO on TG91.

Now IF I understand correctly; to bridge to my hamvoip server I set my ASL server IP address in the USRP stanza in Analog_Bridge.ini on the DVS server. And set USRP on a private node in RPT.conf on my hamvoip server and point that at the DVS server IP address? Am I missing anything else?

Thank you,

yes. Check the other fields. Callsign DMR ID etc.

/opt/MMDVM_Bridge/MMDVM_Bridge.ini
As to static address, the easiest way is to reserve the IP in your router. or see the bottom of /etc/dhcpcd.conf
