That does not tell me WHAT program is listening on UDP port 31100. You can send a tune command to either AB or MB.

Any audio from AllStar to DMR has 25% swishing noise mixed with it. Cop 4 1kHz test tone sounds like mush on DMR. Using cop 21 yields a clean parrot from DMR back to DMR. Unsure which vocoder is in us
