I hate to disagree with you but YES it does run on ARCH Linux with HAMVOIP software. Try access DMR TG314651, Allstar 45743, Echolink 275408 or even better yet check out my dashboard and watch it work

in your Analog_Bridge.ini file turn your txPort and rxPort around. txPort =31100 rxPort=31103

Try cd /opt/MMDVM_Bridge first then run ./MMDVM_Bridge MMDVM_Bridge.ini you need to be in that directory to run it.
