Excellent idea Steve. Telegram is a great medium for this sort of troubleshooting. It's much easier for those experiencing issues as well.

Allstar <--> DMR & DVSWITCH Was working...
#brandmeister
#mmdvm_bridge
#analog_bridge
Hmm, I've never seen that problem. All of my hotspots, instances of DVSwitch, etc connect to the same BM master. But each one has a different 2 digit suffix on its login ID.

Addressing D-STAR reflectors via dvswitch.sh
I have a (mostly) working ASL to DVSwitch working. I have discovered an issue that I can't resolve with DTMF handling. As I normally drive the system from the commandline, I can work around that issue

Location of the P25Gateway
As others have said, that looks like a path (does the path exist?) or permissions issue.

XLX Reflector
I had to put my reflector on a different host, because xlxd and ircDDBGateway listen on the same UDP ports. My DVSwitch setup requires ircDDBGateway, which I'm using for D-STAR, along with DummyRepeat

No, P25Gateway does not need to be on the same host as the reflector. I run P25Gateway on the same system as DVSwitch. P25Reflector runs on a separate server. No, should be fine. Just have to make sur

Dvswitch crashes with weak 4G signal.
All well and good, and improving the 4G signal is a good idea where that's an option, but none of this addresses what looks like a serious issue that the OP reported - DVSwitch server generating an un

Another thing to look forward to! I love DVSwitch Mobile on my Android, but sometimes I only have the iPhone with me. Sold me yet again! :D

Now this sounds awesome. I'm currently using AllStar as my main bridge. Currently, only traffic from modes with dissimilar vocoders traverses AllStar (DMR - YSF has its own dedicated MMDVM_Bridge inst

Yes, that's correct, because both ircDDBGateway and xlxd are able to listen for incoming traffic on the same protocols. You need to bind them to separate IPs, or run them on separate servers. I now do

You are correct, xlxd doesn't need the AMBE chip or server, unless you actually want to transcode. I'm running an xlxd reflector without the AMBE transcoder. I am using primarily two modules. One is f

ASL <-> D-Star <-> xlxd
I don't think so, because they are D-STAR protocol ports, which are fixed (DPlus, DExtra, etc). xlxd: udp 0 0 103.4.234.160:8880 0.0.0.0:* 4607/xlxd udp 0 0 103.4.234.160:10001 0.0.0.0:* 4607/xlxd udp

From memory, they both listen on the same ports. I had to move ircDDBGateway off the host I was running xlxd on in my setup.

Adding P25 to existing YSF and DMR bridge
You would need a second instance of MMDVM-Bridge, which is sitting on the same DMR TG as the original bridge. The way I see it is: DMR - MMDVM-Bridge - Analog_Bridge (1) - Analog_Bridge (2) - MMDVM_Br

It's quite simple, you just have to put in a feature request on the right (P25Gateway I think) Git repository, after setting up your reflector. I'll see if I can find it. Yep, here's the Git repositor
