Nice product, why not make the little unit compatible with other
SBCs other than Rasberry Pi? Maybe an added usb port to interface
would make the unit interface with many SBCs and making sales go
up even more?

Will,
It uses some of the GPIO busses and pins. These are not compatible across SBCs. A lot of the capability is due to the use of this functionality and would be limited by making it a USB device.
Raspberry Pi has sufficient computing for the applications we are designing for and there are millions of them deployed. They are inexpensive and have active development and community.
Our development and support costs go up with more platforms.
We are going to offer the DRAWS as a complete and integrated unit to drop into a station, at which point the SBC is just a part of the solution. We prefer to focus our efforts on this
