Hi
u have loaded usrp for windows and now how do ininstall DVSwitch on the same machine.
i saw good article for rpi on previous post. 
can someone help

DVSwitch server is NOT an app that runs under windows.

The usrp on windows can be used with the dvswitch server, you just need to put in the correct ip address and appropriate details needed. All this information is in the text config file.

But the dvswitch server would need to be on a raspberry pi

Not necessarily a Pi,
But any machine under linux.
I run one on a virtual/cloud based PC machine with debian 10
